Do you need access to our screen printing presses to complete your branding or graphics projects? Have you an overflow job that we might run for you? At Impro Graphics, we have both cylinder and flatbed printing presses. The description below of our equipment may help you decide if we can meet your needs.
Modern cylinder-based screen printing presses print by both the screen and the substrate being in motion while applying the impression. They can print at speeds up to 4500 sheets per hour, compared to less than 1000 sheets per hour on a flatbed printing press.
Sakurai model SC-102AII is capable of printing on various soft and semi-rigid substrates such as paper, plastic sheet, film and metallic sheet, ranging in thickness from 0.1 to 0.8mm. It is also possible to print on thicker or thinner substrates depending on the flexibility of the material. The features provided are: automatic feeder, register system, feed board, vacuum cylinder, screen frame guide rail and a delivery board. See our Sakurai cylindrical press in action in this video.
Fully Automatic Swing Cylinder Screen Printing Machine. SC-72 is capable of printing on various soft and semi-rigid substrates such as paper, plastic sheet, film and metallic sheet, ranging in thickness from 0.1 to 0.8mm. It is also possible to print on thicker or thinner substrates depending on the flexibility of the material.
Profit conscious printers love the General Pony Express because it offers high speed production, close tolerance registration, and fast set-ups. This press is ideal for printing heat transfers, decals, pressure sensitive labels, greeting cards, and point of purchase displays. It also offers the best method of applying adhesive for flock and glitter.
Semi-automatic presses automate the lowering of the screen and the motion of the squeegee, leaving the operator responsible only for the insertion, registration, and removal of the substrate. The automatic movement of the printing screen and squeegee may be set to make an impression at a fixed rate, or only after the operator hits a foot pedal.
M&R Renegade Semi-Automatic Press is designed for high line-count four-color process printing, Renegades produce exceptional results by allowing pressure to be focused on the image area. Standard features include repositionable squeegee/flood bar pressure cylinders and Job Recall,™ which allows operators to store settings like peel ratio, dwell time, and start and duration times for blow back and vacuum. 30″x40″ print area
Our two SIAS NOVA Semi-Automatic Presses has a large maximum print size of 30″ x 48″, capable of 800 prints per hour, assisted feed, excellence consistent registration. Ideal for all graphic applications, from UV to conventional
The High-Tech Micro features independent carriage stroke and head lift drives for smooth, vibration free cycling at
production speeds. Combined with tubular steel, heavy duty chassis, belt drive heavy duty ball bearing print carriage and ultra quiet, maintenance free vacuum motor. Four point ball bearing head lock-in assures pinpoint registration for close tolerance printing. For optimum print
quality control, the pneumatic squeegee pressure equalizer levels pressure across the substrate. A three-point micro-registration system is standard. 16″x26″ print area
Digital electric flat screen printer AT-60PD, suitable for printing blood sugar tester, membrane switch, display panel, flexible printed circuits board (FPC), precise process screen printing. Motor driven screen vertical up down, collocated with encoder to control precise positioning, ink doesn’t flow to lateral side on screen Adopt HMI displays Chinese and English language, digitalized control quick selectable, setup various printing cycle mode, enable to choose depending on different need of substrate, fast convenience to achieve printing efficiency
Electric flat screen printer is suitable for screen printing on flexible or rigid material flat sheets. These include Membrane Switch, Flexible Printer Circuits, Nameplate, Electro-luminescent, and industrial products. Its aluminum-alloyed, extruded formation structure gives the equipment high strength and light weight to raise durability and accuracy. It supports a heavy duty motor- driven screen. The ATMA is equipped with safety buffer cylinder. When the screen descends at printing level, if E-stop switch is triggered, all stroke of machine operating is stopped automatically.
Our SIAS NOVA 25″ x 18″ Semi-Automatic Presses has a medium maximum print size, capable of 800 prints per hour, assisted feed, excellence consistent registration. Ideal for all graphic applications, from UV to conventional.
