Epson SureColor T5270

Capable of producing astonishing print quality at print speeds up to 550 square feet per hour, the EPSON SureColor S70670 is unmatched in photographic signage output. This printer uses our most advanced imaging technology, including the exotic dual MicroPiezo® TFP® print head and 10-color solvent inks. Mimaki UV JFX200-2513 EX Flatbed

We are proud of our Mimaki UV JFX200-2513 EX. Flatbed printers are capable of printing on a wide variety of materials. These include photographic paper, film, cloth, plastic, acrylic, glass, ceramic, metal, wood and leather. Flatbed digital printers usually use UV curable inks that are then exposed to strong UV-light to cure, or polymerize them. This process allows for printing on a wide variety of surfaces such as wood or canvas, carpet, tile, and even glass. The adjustable printing bed makes it possible to print on surfaces ranging in thickness from a sheet of paper often up to as much as several inches.

Mimaki UV JFX200-2513  Flatbed

This Mimaki JFX200-2513 UV Flatbed prints in 4 colors CMYK, with double varnish and double white. Direct to substrate prints up to 50mm thickness and our flatbed handles a full  8x4ft sheet with incredible quality. It is the perfect tool to combine production work as well more intricate promotional decorative job that require a great level of resolution and quality. Running the Mimaki LUS150 inks, it will print on almost any material you throw at it. The varnish will allow some stunning print effects and spot varnish. Combined with the UV white ink the latest Rasterlink RIP allow multi-layer printing for the most demanding jobs. Cool LED UV curing allows heat sensitive materials to be printed.

Mimaki UV UJF-6042MkII e

With the UJF-6042MkII E offers us the ability to increase our printing time by combining four steps into one: delivering the ability to place primer for strong ink adhesion, white ink for high print opacity, full color CMYK printing and a clear print surface treatment. We can do this all in one operation. The inkjet primer improves ink adhesion, important in cases where inkjet adhesion is less than desired. It retains the texture of the material while printing. White ink with high opacity enables more vivid expression of full color, especially on dark or transparent substrates. Clear ink, with either glossy or matte effects can add texture and depth. This clear ink can be laid down in multiple layers for an embossed effect. The Mimaki UJF-6042 MK II e is one of the most popular UV flatbed printers in the world.

The Mimaki UJF-6042MKII is able to decorate a wide range of products due to its state of the art technology. This tabletop flatbed printer brings ease and efficiency to direct-to-object printing. It allows us to print on specialty items, awards and personalized products. The enclosed print area reduces dust contamination and UV exposure. We can print on substrates up to 6″ thick. Printing on dark substrates is possible with a white ink layer and clear inks can be used to add spot UV and textured finishes. A staggered head configuration maintains productivity levels even when two layers of color and spot colors are printed simultaneously
